- THE SWELLS, SOUTHWARK PARK 2003
In 2003, Thump Thomson's band, The Swells, was booked
to perform at London's biggest annual live music event in Southwark Park.
It transpired that a number of The Swells were unable to make the date,
so Thump tracked down his old mates from Darts to see if they would be
interested in getting back together for a one-off gig. The line-up included:
Den Hegarty, Griff Fender, Pikey Butler, Thump
Thomson, Horace Trubridge, George Currie, Nosmo King
and James Compton
